Several years ago we had a new driveway put in by Seabreeze Pavement. We were extremely happy with the finished product. The crew took their time to be sure everything was level and done properly. Seabreeze Pavement of NY LLC. Recently excavated my driveway and re-asphalted it. The original 1949 concrete driveway was still in place under two other layers. One in 1962, and the last one in 1970. My driveway is now is much larger than the previous one. I am very pleased with the workmanship and would recommend Seabreeze Pavement to others in need of a driveway.

Old blacktop was removed from our double-wide driveway (late April 2016) and new asphalt was applied (June 6, 2016). Our positive observations:
 
Work started at the time agreed on the previous fall.
No payment was asked for before the job was done.
Attention to a couple of our concerns about the removal of the old concrete apron in front of the garage.
Work was done neatly and clean up afterward.
Good explanation of how to care for new pavement.

Seabreeze did an excellent job repairing an area of my driveway that had sunk. My initial call for an estimate was responded to quickly, and an onsite visit was arranged within a few days.
 
Because the job was so small it was scheduled to coincide with another job, when the company was to be in the area, with an indefinite time frame. However, a firm date was scheduled within 2 weeks and the work was completed.
The work was done in a professional manner, clean up was well and the overall performance was First Class.

Seabreeze did a fantastic job repairing the main part of our driveway which had developed potholes after a long winter. They smoothed everything out, filled in the holes, and rolled it all down. They also recovered the stone that had been disbursed during the winter plowing and put it back in the driveway.

I had my 45-year-old driveway removed and a new base of compacted stone put down. My driveway is on a steep slope and needed to be leveled by digging down on one side and building upon the other side. There were low areas that were with 12 inches of stone or more. Also, my driveway is almost 200 feet long.
 
Kevin Negron the owner came over measured and discussed what can be done and how we would do it. He got right back to me with a great price for the job. He has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and after seeing one of his jobs I signed his detailed proposal and he got back to me with a date he would be doing the work. He was on the job at 8 a.m. on that date with his very professional crew. They all worked very hard and by 5 p.m. I had a new heavy-duty driveway in place. I am so very COMPLETELY SATISFIED I have already referred him to family and friends. GREAT WORK ETHICS!

We had a brand new driveway installed. The old one was completely dug up and a nice stone base was put down. All workers were neat, friendly, and professional. Our newly resurfaced driveway looks great. The job was done on the day planned and completed by a good crew in a timely fashion. We like that Kevin himself was working alongside his men. Seabreeze Pavement replaced my driveway and the drain on my garage floor. One especially good step is they brought the pavement by a manhole cover up to the level of the cover. Previously the cover had been a couple of inches higher, making it vulnerable to the snowplow. Also, they directed the garage floor drain away from an existing lilac bush. They worked fast and skillfully and cleaned up well. Glad I chose them for the job.

We had a 1300 square foot driveway that needed to be replaced. The team at SP of NY submitted a proposal to tear off, regrade, and pave. In addition, they added 300 square feet to our driveway. They were very responsive and had us scheduled. They were on time and did excellent work. The entire crew worked as a team, had the work done, and cleaned up perfectly. I recommend them without hesitation. They surpassed my expectations.

The week before an open house was to occur at my building, our VP of Operations decided he would like the potholes repaired with more than just a cold patch. I called Seabreeze Pavement and asked if there was any possible way that they could come over and saw cut, remove the base, replace the base, and put in a new binder and topcoat by Friday of the following week. Imagine my surprise when they were able to shift some of their scheduling around to accommodate my request! They showed up as promised on Thursday with a sizeable crew, got the entire project done in one day and the Open House was a huge success on Friday! Thank you, Kevin, Vicki, and the entire crew!

I contracted with Kevin for the repair of my garage floor. It was badly pitted and starting to crumble. Kevin advised me that he and his crew would be able to clean, seal and put a concrete topping on the floor which would solve the problem. The repair was done in a timely fashion by a very skilled crew. Kevin also advised me to purchase special tiles to cover the repair which will prevent further damage to the floor. We are very satisfied with Seabreeze Pavement and its quality of work.

It’s been raining hard and there is no water in the garage for the first time in years. Kevin said he could rectify the problem without my paying significantly more money for a drainage gate. He was there when he said he would be there. He did things he didn’t have to. The crew was professional, friendly, and knew what to do Kevin, the owner was not only present but worked right along with them. I believe I received an excellent driveway at a reasonable price from a reputable business owner. I will recommend Seabreeze Pavement any time. Thank you.

Great Service & Workmanship
I called Seabreeze and set up an appointment to meet and quote a new driveway. Kevin, the owner, called me back and met me at my house the next day. He went over all the options and scope of work. I had Seabreeze do the work removing and repaving my driveway. They were very professional and did a great job. It was refreshing to have the owner on-site, doing the work to see that it was done right. Very pleased and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
